Client sales and support for a fast-paced concierge medical center. The successful candidate is able to project a caring attitude over the phone and electronic communication.

The goal is to perform customer sales and service activities in a manner that assures potential patients are informed, existing patients are cared for, and the company is well represented.

Compensation :

$20 hourly Commission

Responsibilities :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty noted below with excellence.

• Acquire and attain a clear working knowledge base of all products and services offered so as to answer questions accurately and succinctly.
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with warm leads.
• Close phone sales / appointments with providers by building rapport with potential patients.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Ensure prompt and positive action on all patient complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions.
• Know and efficiently use patient database system(s) / CRM.
• Use professional telephone etiquette to answer client calls and respond appropriately.
• Project a professional image through personal appearance, demeanor, and communication (oral, verbal, and written).
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.
• Understand, articulate, and adhere to company operational guidelines.
• Understand and articulate the company vision and mission.
• Any other duties delegated by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications :

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Customer service background.
• Sales and / or phone sales and support are a plus.
• Front office medical experience is a plus.
• Experience working within the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Education / Experience

High School Degree; minimum of three years providing exceptional customer service; sales experience in aesthetic / cosmetic facility.

Language Ability

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and able to communicate with the general public using strong written and verbal skills, speaking Spanish a plus.

Math Ability

Ability to work with and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to data.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form.

Computer Skills

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Able to learn new computer systems.
