Overview:

Join Eves on Adams as a Server and join our fun, amazing team! Do you want to have a key role giving our guests a five-star, "I-have-to-tell-my-friends" kind of service? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment with team comraderie? Are you a whiz at taking an F&B order for an 8-top table?

If so, these would be some of your responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders.

- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy.

- Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions.

- Ensure the dining area and patio are clean and organized.

- A sense of humor!

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Requirements:

- Strong people skills with a focus on exceptional guest services.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

- Proficiency in retail math for handling payments.

- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures.

Preferred:

- Prior experience in the food industry or food service is preferred.

- Familiarity with reservation platforms such as OpenTable.

- ServSafe certification or similar.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
