Were seeking an **Estate Moving Specialist** who assist in the sorting and organizing of the home, soft packing of items that are sellable on EBTH.com and overseeing trash and donation of non-sellable items.

**TASKS YOULL BE JUGGLING**:

-Prepare and pack items and salable lots within the estate to ensure timely and secure shipment to Local Processing Centers.

* Must be DOT compliant or become DOT compliant within 2 weeks of hire date.

* Driving record must meet or exceed DOT standards.

* Assist in-home service team in clearing out estates.

* Facilitate donation and disposal of non-salable items.

* Focus on working safely in a fast-paced environment.

* Monitor the quality standards of each package.

* Work to meet seller needs with integrity and empathy.

* Work in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company defined Key Performance Indicators.

* Transport shipping supplies to/from job sites.

* Drive Utility Vehicles to include: EBTH-owned trucks, Ryder Trucks, Sprinter Vans.

* Order & maintain Shipping Supply Inventory Levels.

* Perform other duties, as necessary.

**CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING:**

* Previous experience in packaging or shipping is preferred.

* Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills.

* Ability to pack fragile items to prep for shipment.

* Stellar communication skills when working with others.

* Team player mentality with an ability to work independently.

* Ability to adapt to a variety of working environments including extremes in cleanliness and temperature.

* Must have reliable transportation.

* Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when needed.

* Able to move/ lift up to 75 lbs. using appropriate tools. Qualifications:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

* Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds on a regular basis and operate moving equipment.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

* Ability to work independently and or with a team, exercise good judgment and sound decision-making required.

* Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License.

* Must be able to pass a DOT physical and driver background check.

* Must be able to successfully compete and pass a drug and alcohol test.

**Proficiency Physical Demands:**

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; frequently required to climb or balance, talk or hear; and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to walk forward, backward, side to side, and/or up and down stairs while carrying furniture. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

**Work Environment:**

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving parts, outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat or cold weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
