- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update medical records
- Assist with patient intake, including taking vitals and documenting medical history
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Assist the chiropractor during examinations and treatments
- Provide education to patients on chiropractic care and treatment plans
- Collection of balances
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a medical office or as a dental receptionist is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial
