Director of Dining Services
Responsible for oversight of all dining operations on campus including resident meals, employee meals, retail spaces and catering.
Ensuring that nutritional needs of residents / patients are provided on the campus as allowed by the physician's orders.
Responsible for overall quality of food, level of service provided by dining services and overall dining experience. Responsible for maintaining compliance with sanitation and nutritional standards and regulations for survey, local, state and federal agencies.
Minimal Education : High school graduation required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Minimum Experience :
At least three years of experience in health care, dining services, or food and nutrition is required.
Other Qualifications :
Certification as a ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager required in NC (or the ability to obtain the same within 120 days)
Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager preferred.
