Who are we looking for?
- Passion for working in community mental health
- Master's in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of two-years direct counseling experience in a child-serving system/agency (masters level must have at least two years and due to state regulations, internship experience cannot be counted)
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with children/adolescents diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, non-internship experience.
- Coursework, and/or training related to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, required
- Experience working with trauma issues
- Excellent organizational/administrative skills with good computer skills
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Sense of humor

- $53,000 - $57,000 annually based on years of experience
- This position is available for overtime and bonus eligible

Our Clinical Services provide intensive, in-home support based on Structural Family Therapy and Family Systems Theory to assist families who are facing serious emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. Two-person teams, comprised of one Masters and one Bachelors-level clinician, deliver services an average of twice per week. Services are voluntary and require at least one willing parent or guardian to participate in treatment. Our Family Support Services focus on streng...thening and preserving families. Our priority is to prevent the removal of children from their birth families.
