Every Child Achieves is Hiring a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Home Health) Near Canoga Park, CA

Every Child Achieves (ECA) is currently hiring a home health Early Intervention Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, aka fun-loving, highly enthusiastic, professional, compassionate therapists who love to help young children blossom and achieve their developmental milestones and goals!

Important: Our roles are best for Speech Language Pathologists who are confident and experienced working with children under the age of 3 in their natural environment. Compensation is structured based on productivity plus administrative/indirect pay reimbursed at a lower rate with global compensation average earning betwen $85k to $120k based on productivity plus benefits, PTO, Retirement, and more. It takes 90 to 120 days to establish a full-time caseload and coverage area is between 15-20 mile radius.

Due to exciting growth, ECA has opportunities for Early Intervention Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists in the following regions of Southern California:

What are the job duties?
Pediatric Therapist at ECA are responsible for:

  • Providing developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages birth to 3 in their natural environment
  • Providing parent education and home programs related to treatment goals
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of fellow treating clinicians
  • Supporting and facilitating each child's progress through quality therapy, increasing opportunities for inclusion, and enhancing trusted caregiver-child relationships
  • Completing biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment tools
  • Other related duties

What are the job qualifications?

Education:

  • Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy Program

Licensure:

  • Current and unrestricted Speech Therapy licensure in California (or eligible)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current TB test

Required Experience:

  • Desire to work with patients in-home setting is required
  • Pediatric experience is a plus
  • Thrives in working with infant population

Additional Skills:

  • Direct early intervention experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
