Job Description
This position is responsible for proactively cultivating and generating warm qualified leads for the EverWash Sales Team through database of prospects, website leads, networking and establishing relationships with channel partners, and their sales reps.
Job Qualifications

• MUST have a “hunter” mentality.
• Previous Sales experience is preferred – an engaging personality and energy is most important to us!
• Influence and persuasion skills are essential, able to build rapport with stakeholders and understand business needs.
• Driven, tenacious, confident, and determined to be successful in their career.
• Open to coaching – EverWash knows what it takes to build a successful membership program and we will equip you with the knowledge, you just need to grab it and run with it.
• Able to build long term relationships with prospects and industry connections.
• Strong organizational, negotiating, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the car wash industry a plus, but not essential.

Technical Requirements

• Basic skills with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Adept at learning new technologies such as Salesforce, Monday.com plus the EverWash dashboard, customer, and attendant apps.
