Everton is searching for enthusiastic, career-minded sales associates to assist our customers in the Twin Falls area. Our sale professionals earn lucrative incentives with a sales guarantee of $16 per hour for the first three months or commission whichever is greater, but we expect that sales associates will be able to earn $45,000 or more annually.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Greet customers, determine customer needs & address any related concerns.
• Ensure customer needs & expectations are taken care of.
• Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank you notes.
• Perform other reasonable job functions as assigned by an immediate supervisor and/or other management.

WHAT YOU WILL BRNG ALONG:

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Presentable & personable with the public.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to reach company sales standards.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Experience with home furnishings is a plus.
