We are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service professional for our client located in Thomson, GA! This individual will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships while driving account profitability.

Direct Hire Opportunity!

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.

Shift : M-F 8am-5pm, fully onsite

Responsibilities :

• Manage order fulfillment, including quoting, sampling, order entry, expediting, logistics, and problem resolution.
• De-escalate problem situations and relay customer needs to the sales / production team.
• Consistently prospect and develop new accounts through research, cold calling, lead management, and quoting.
• Generate new business and share information with potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships to drive sales and profitability.
• Plan for customer orders using forecasting and regular contact with customers.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination of customer activities.
• Work cooperatively within a team structure.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• At least 2 years of applicable customer service experience.
• Manufacturing or supply environment is a plus.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Strong administrative abilities with attention to detail and excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Motivated and well-organized.
