Everstaff is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our client in Aurora, IL. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible to develop thorough knowledge in the design, implementation, operation and support of specific business applications and/or supporting technologies to deliver improved business performance. The day-to-day activity of the Business Systems Analyst demonstrates an IT culture that emphasizes quality, responsiveness, customer service, productivity, high standards and results. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with business owners and end users throughout the company to deliver superior results. The position reports to the Director, Information Technology and maintains open and unbiased communication to ensure the objectives, scope and timeline of projects are maintained and issues surfaced as appropriate.
Compensation up to $85k; depending on experience

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
