Eversoft, Inc. is a water conditioning equipment and service provider that has been in operation for over 45 years. We are looking for an experienced shift supervisor to guide our plant production and personnel. This position operates within an outdoors environment of delivery trucks and industrial machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning, understanding and operating the machinery, loading and unloading the delivery trucks and also supervising, teaching and instructing team members.

Primary Responsibilities

· Ensures production runs timely and produces quality results

· Surveys equipment for malfunctions

· Operates machinery as part of the production process

· Uses dolly to load and unload equipment to and from delivery trucks

· Trains team members and relays progress to department manager.

· Relays production, machinery and personnel issues to department manager

· Recognizes safety hazards and handles appropriately

· Educates team members on and enforces company policies, monitors as necessary

· Accurately and timely completes department paperwork as assigned

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED preferred

· Good mechanical aptitude required

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead role with employee supervisory responsibilities desired

· Must have flexibility to work overtime

· Must have flexibility to change work shift as needed

· Ability to read, write and speak English effectively

· Basic math skills

· Ability to lift and maneuver 55 lbs or more regularly and throughout the shift required

· Ability to lift and maneuver over 70 lbs occasionally required

· Excellent attendance reliability

This position is ideal for the candidate who loves to work mechanically with his/her hands, apply manual labor to the job and provide positive, consistent, fair and motivational leadership to the team.

The regular work shift is 4:00pm to 1:00am. However, because this is a production department, the successful candidate will be required to work overtime and to work an adjusted shift schedule as needed.
