The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP and ensuring efficient and effective communication between departments within the organization and our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring the sales targets are achieved and customers’ needs are met.

The Sales Administrator will be working in our main office in Ponte Vedra, FL.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide administrative support to the SVP including maintaining sales records in Salesforce and responding to customer queries
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments, including preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting notes
• Uncovering and delivering impactful cost containment innovation with extraordinary ROI to our clients.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that all customer needs are met including coordinating with the marketing and customer service teams
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Ensure that all sales documentations are accurate and up to date, including managing, the sales database
• Provide support for sales events, conferences, and exhibitions
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales training programs

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a sales administration role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attentional to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Cheerful outlook & first to raise your hand; client focused
