Job Summary: As a Pavement Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' pavement assets. Utilizing specialized equipment, you'll execute various projects across Southeastern MA and Cape Cod.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform line painting, pothole repair, seal coating, and other pavement maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in loading/unloading materials and tools.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure project quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Occasional availability for work during evenings and weekends may be necessary to accommodate project demands.

Qualifications:

  • Valid MA driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
  • Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and in physically demanding conditions.
  • Previous experience with small engines or paint sprayers is advantageous.
