We are a Cleaning Services/Dumpster/Portable Toilet Rental company looking for an experienced candidate to take on the day to day office operations, while being our official graphic designer. Our office is looking for someone that has experience with designing logos, eye-catching ads, etc. As the desiging aspect of the position is not a full-time task, the candidate applying must be willing to learn other aspects of the office such as billing, emailing/calling customers, answering phone calls, scheduling jobs, and data entry. We are looking for a responsible individual, that can be flexible with hours. The position we are offering is a full-time position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have High School Diploma.

-MUST be billingual (English and Spanish)

-2 years of experience (willing to train)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

-Excellent data entry skills.
-Attention to detail.
-Strong research and analytical skills plus the ability to “think outside the box”.
-Strong system skills, QuickBooks, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint a must.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to multi-task and work within required timelines.

-Must be a team-oriented individual who can contribute equally as a team leader or team participant.

-Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
