Description
Everi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Producer II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing development goals and objectives, committing to project timelines, budgets, and key development milestones, and identifying and resolving roadblocks as needed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical and creative vision of our products, maintain development and software release documentation, and lead project meetings while proposing improvements. Additionally, you will supervise assigned projects, coordinate efforts between team members, and manage project-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Establish development goals, commit to project timelines, budgets, and key development milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical and creative vision of products.
- Maintain development and software release documentation.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, propose improvements, and manage team goals, project requirements, schedules, and design changes.
- Supervise assigned projects and coordinate efforts between team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage project-related tasks by ensuring all necessary materials are current and logged in the proper tools.
- Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting objectives, minutes, and emails.
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and release activities.
- Manage the development of product concepts based on customer requirements, current product lines, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in organizing, developing, and revising art style guides and pipelines.
- Oversee the creation of conceptual-level storyboards and prepare conceptual design documents.
- Seek internal feedback and research industry best practices, competitive landscapes, and market trends, implementing solutions aligned with Company goals.
- Coordinate and communicate with external vendors regarding regulatory testing, product quality, and deadlines.
- Direct the work and manage the personnel issues of direct report employees, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and developing staff; recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
- Slot and online gaming experience a plus!
- 2-5 years’ experience in a product/project coordinator or producer role, managing the release of at least one shipped title; industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing diverse teams.
- Working knowledge of software development processes, project management techniques, and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, with the ability to read and design complex spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in Project Management applications.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,000 - $107,000 annually.
