Description

What Will You Be Doing?

• Establish development goals, commit to project timelines, budgets, and key development milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical and creative vision of products.
• Maintain development and software release documentation.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, propose improvements, and manage team goals, project requirements, schedules, and design changes.
• Supervise assigned projects and coordinate efforts between team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project-related tasks by ensuring all necessary materials are current and logged in the proper tools.
• Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting objectives, minutes, and emails.
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and release activities.
• Manage the development of product concepts based on customer requirements, current product lines, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in organizing, developing, and revising art style guides and pipelines.
• Oversee the creation of conceptual-level storyboards and prepare conceptual design documents.
• Seek internal feedback and research industry best practices, competitive landscapes, and market trends, implementing solutions aligned with Company goals.
• Coordinate and communicate with external vendors regarding regulatory testing, product quality, and deadlines.
• Direct the work and manage the personnel issues of direct report employees, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and developing staff; recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
• Slot and online gaming experience a plus!
• 2-5 years’ experience in a product/project coordinator or producer role, managing the release of at least one shipped title; industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing diverse teams.
• Working knowledge of software development processes, project management techniques, and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, with the ability to read and design complex spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Project Management applications.
