At Everi, we're seeking a customer-centric individual who thrives on providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring that every interaction leaves our customers with a positive impression.

As a core member of our team, you will regularly engage with our customers through both inbound and outbound calls. Your mission will be to assist them with billing inquiries and disputes while making sure that their experience is nothing short of outstanding. If a situation calls for it, you'll confidently escalate the matter to management, showing your commitment to finding the best solution for our customers.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience; preferably in an office or call center environment. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bilingual a plus
• Technology proficient 
• Distraction-free work environment
