Summary of Position: The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for direct patient care.
**Education and Experience**
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
Current LPN licensure in the State of Ohio and the eligibility to obtain licensure in the State of Indiana or current LPN licensure in the State of Indiana and the eligibility to obtain licensure in the State of Ohio.
Minimum of two years of experience in Medical/Surgical, Oncology or community health nursing.
