Evergreen is currently looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our 12 hour rotating shifts. This schedule allows employees to work only half a month, while still working a full schedule and experiencing a positive home / work life balance.

Successful candidate will have:

* Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to follow all safety requirements of the facility and support the safe work of all team members.

* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

* 4 plus years of industrial maintenance experience

* Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
*Perform repair maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including but not limited to industrial electrical and mechanical systems. This includes 480V troubleshoot and 24V troubleshoot.
*Troubleshoot equipment and systems to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions
* Utilize PLC I/O and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment
* Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications
* Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records

*Desire to work in a team environment with other plant departments.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in using logic controllers and reading schematics
- Welding and fabrication skills for repairs or modifications
- Ability to supervise contractors during maintenance projects
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
