The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the needs of the clients enrolled in the program are being met, assists in creating, maintaining and managing quality programming, ensuring overall coverage and supervising the day-to-day programming/staffing on site.
The Program Coordinator must posses: a strong ability to communicate effectively within the building as well as with outside agencies, ability to network and market programming into growth, strong interpersonal skills, ability to nurture and grow staff development, reliability and effective time management.
Management experience is required with a preference for mental health field related management. It is required that the candidate possesses a master's in mental health but may be supplemented by experience.
