Evergreen Senior Living is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) position at its Heights facility in Kingsford, Michigan.
The RCC directs the personal care team's operations across the facility's assisted living and dementia care units. They have the latitude to influence operational design to achieve positive outcomes, chiefly in resident and teammate wellbeing.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities :
