Evergreen Retirement Community is Hiring an Assisted Living Resident Assistant - AM Shift, Full Time Near Oshkosh, WI

Evergreen Oshkosh is seeking compassionate and talented people to join the team in its Assisted Living!
AM shift is 6am-2:15pm. Every other weekend and holiday required. This position is full time, with benefits!

Pick up pay an extra $4/hr.
Competitive wages based on experience. Starting pay is $15.13 per hour with annual wage increase opportunity.

As a Resident Assistant you will:

Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.).
Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly.
Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident's condition and/or needs.
Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner.
