TITLE: Skilled Craftsman - Electrician

8 Hours Per Day (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. includes 30 minutes unpaid lunch)
260 Days Per Year
A valid First Aid/CPR card must be submitted to Classified Personnel within 30 days of hire. Only courses with a "hands-on" component taught by a certified instructor are acceptable.
This position will remain open until a qualified applicant is selected. The earliest date a recommendation for hire may be submitted is after 04/17/2024.

The position of electrician performs journey-level electrical work in the maintenance, repair, and construction of all District facilities.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY:
Electrical Tools: conduit bender, portable band saw, multi-meter.
Miscellaneous Tools: Rotary hammer, skill saw, jig saw, reciprocating saw, 3/8 and 1/2 drill, grinder, 45' Hi-lift (Genie boom lift).
All other tools and equipment necessary to perform the essential functions as listed above.
