Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team in Roanoke and surrounding areas. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control solutions. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations

- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation

- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each property

- Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments safely and effectively

- Install pest control devices, such as traps and baits, as needed

- Educate customers on proper sanitation practices to prevent future pest problems

- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of pests, their habits, and effective control methods

- Ability to drive to different locations throughout the day

- Sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and upsell additional services

- Attention to detail to accurately identify pests and assess infestations

- Excellent problem-solving skills to develop effective pest control strategies

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
