Job Description:

Evergreen Outdoor, Inc.’s Hardscape/Landscape Project Manager is expected to be a professional, efficient, goal driven, team member, while upholding the quality reputation Evergreen Outdoor, Inc. has built.

Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required.

5-7 years of experience in Hardscape/Landscape preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage crew and installation of project
• Meet deadlines and job specifications
• Manage long term schedule
• Complete required paperwork
• Communicate project progress with customer

• Job Qualifications:
• 5-7 years experience in Hardscape/Landscape
• Must have Chauffer’s driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to manage skilled and unskilled employees
• Highly motivated
• Expert Softscape/Irrigation design/installation skills
• Expert knowledge of transit reading
• Expert knowledge of measuring and cutting practices
• Expert knowledge of slope and drainage design
• Expert knowledge of machine operation
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
• Able to work cooperatively with individuals of differing knowledge and background
• Expert understanding of plants/watering cycles
• Proficient knowledge of required plumbing and electrical skills
• Manages time responsibly
• Highly motivated and ask questions
• Comes to work prepared
