COMPANY DRIVERS :
- New Pay Scale!
- Two Company Driver Options : Percentage or CPM
- Percentage : 27-30% of the Line Haul
- CPM : Up to 61 CPM, Before Bonuses
- Length of Service Pay - Increase 1 / 4 cpm mile every quarter up to max pay of 69 CPM
- 12 mo. experience - 59CPM
- 2 years experience - 60CPM
- 3 years experience - 61CPM
- Minimum load pay : $250 / load
- $.02 / mile Safety Bonus
- $.01 / mile Performance Bonus
- Up to $.02 / mile Fuel Bonus
- $3,000 Referral Bonus paid out over 6 months
- 1 additional Week Paid Vacation for every recruit

- Tarp Pay : $85 for standard loads / $100 for over-dimensional loads
- Tarping 55% of time

Qualifications :
