PURPOSE

The Key Account/National Account Sales Support Specialist (post-sale) primary role is to support the Sales Team, Operations/Logistics Team, and China office to ensure vendor guidelines, shipping documents, and delivery deadlines are met;

The position involves a deep understanding of Evergreen and Vendor Guidelines and Regulations to ensure that shipments and payments occur on schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Monitor and review customer's sell through data to adjust inventory forecasting and holding inventory.
• Understand and analyze vendors’ compliance guidelines for logistics, both importing and domestic.
• Work with Finance, Logistics and China office to process necessary import paperwork for payment and customs clearance. Pre-domestic shipping documents.
• Work directly with our EDI Team to ensure requirements are processed in compliance. Ensure ASN, carton UCC labeling, and retail tickets are accurate and meet the necessary guidelines.
• Responsible for receiving and booking shipments.
• Work effectively with Warehouse Operations and China office to execute BOLS, pallet requirements, and other online traffic management systems.
• Responsible for taking ownership of and resolving customer inquiries and problems as they pertain to the Post-Sale role.
• Interact with Customers and/or Vendor Compliance as necessary to advise on shipment status or to obtain shipment information in a professional manner.

• Coordinate with inside support staff, Importing Department and our China manufacturing facility to successfully process and ship all major orders ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Collect and feedback all of operations' challenges and opportunities, involve at post-mortem review to continuing make improvements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and/or business-related field
• Strong data analysis skills
• Bilingual Chinese/English preferred
• Strong MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel

• Strong attention to details.
• Good organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge or experience in retail buying and/or wholesale vendor guidelines a plus.
