Employment type: full-time

We are seeking full-time maintenance technicians to join our team at Evergreen Construction Company-Pittsboro Village and Powell Spring Apartments. The full-time schedule is Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week.

Maintenance technicians must be available to take any evening or weekend emergency calls. Some, but not all of the maintenance technician responsibilities are:

maintenance of all grounds including dumpsters, changing filters quarterly, preparation of all vacant units to become rent ready, plumbing, electrical, touch-up painting, cleaning, and participation in preparing units for state inspections. Candidate must have their own tools and a vehicle in case supplies are needed. We offer 401K, health insurance, paid holidays and vacation. We are an equal housing opportunity employer.
