Develops, implements and maintains quality standards for food & beverage, including supervision and direction of food & beverage staff. Ensure excellent customer service. Essential Functions: 1. Interviews, selects, trains and supervises food & beverage staff. 2. Organizes and conducts pre-shift and department meetings. 3. Schedules and directs food & beverage staff in their work assignments. 4. Interacts with guests; promoting food & beverage facilities, products and services. 5. Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns. 6. Maintains food quality and service standards for location. 7. Controls food & beverage costs including payroll, equipment, supplies and products. 8. Maintains accurate inventory and appropriate supply levels. 9. Maintains cleanliness and organization of food & beverage work areas and facility. 10. Utilizes prescribed cash handling procedures to accurate charge guests, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence. 11. Provides direct service to guests as needed, including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests and general clerical/cashier duties. 12. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations. 13. Performs special projects delegated by management. 14. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location. QUALIFICATIONS 1 year F&B staff management Experience in Customer Service and Training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective time management and organizational skills Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
