Overview

Based in Edgewater, Florida, the Marketing Coordinator will be a core part of the Everglades customer facing team. This person be a key contributor to Everglades’ marketing efforts, including managing social media, photo and video initiatives, copywriting, and creative management. In addition, all administrative duties including boat show and event management, contracts administration and vendor oversight, among other things, will fall under this role.

Responsibilities 

· Coordinate all sales and marketing events

· Assist in managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations

· Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high quality and timely execution of all programs

· Conduct market research to identify trends

· Contract Management

· Complete travel arrangements as necessary 

· Photo shoot and video editing

· Social media planning and execution

· Graphic designing – proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Premiere pro, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.

· Copywriting

· Occasional travel

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred

· Firm grasp of marketing platforms, channels, best practices of social, digital and email marketing

· Organizational and project management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Previous experience with event management

· High level of creativity and attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Work Environment 

This position will require significant travel, including air travel, and flexibility in work schedule. While most of the duties will be in an office environment, the employee may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts when providing tours of production areas or product demonstrations.
