Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic SDR to join our growing team in Santa Fe Springs. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a large number of phone calls (inbound and outbound). You will be a subject matter expert on all of our products and provide outstanding customer service to our current and potential customers.

The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to navigate conversations and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.

This position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries through phone, email and chat
  • Schedule appointments and demos for our Outside Sales Representatives
  • Reschedule and rebook missed appointments

Requirements:

  • Have a hunter mindset and mentality
  • Drive, Grit, Team oriented: Strong Desire to compete and win
  • Fearlessness: willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and briefly explain our products and services
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Hubspot, Calendly, Yelp and MS Office
  • Strong and professional communication skills-written verbal and presentation skills
  • Manage numerous time demands and requests concurrently, while achieving daily, weekly and monthly objectives
  • Strong sense of urgency for reaching business goals and deliverables
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience background
  • Inbound or outbound call center experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
