We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Cabana Pool Servers at Everett Golf and Country Club. As a Cabana Pool Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable and memorable poolside dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Guest Service:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
• Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, ensuring attention to guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Deliver orders to cabanas in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Food and Beverage Service:
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Monitor and replenish supplies in cabanas, such as towels, condiments, and utensils.
• Prepare and serve specialty cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages as requested by guests.
• Upselling and Revenue Generation:
• Promote special menu items, promotions, and upsell additional food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and provide personalized service.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
• Maintain a clean and organized cabana area, including clearing tables, collecting empty dishes, and disposing of trash.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
• Monitor pool area for potential hazards and report any safety concerns to management.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a poolside or beachfront setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and order delivery.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including cocktail recipes and wine pairings (preferred but not required).
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
