JOB OVERVIEW

Everest Search Partners is seeking a Network Administrator for a fast growing client in the Travel and Hospitality industry. As a Network Administrator your role will be foundational in supporting our IT infrastructure. You will assist in managing network equipment, maintaining PCs, and contributing to various IT Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, configuration and implementation of networks.
• Assist in updating and maintaining network hardware, including servers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Support the monitoring of virtual machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in monitoring, repairing, and updating corporate PCs, including remote systems.
• Assist in responding to security alerts and performing routine system maintenance.
• Aid in interfacing with external support entities and acting as a supportive liaison for network-related communications.
• Assist in managing backups and ensuring data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degreed in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role with medium or large-scale organization to include multiple sites.
• Holder of ITIL Foundation is preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems and Office 365 support.
• Experience with NAS, Sonicwall and HP switches.
• Must have hands-on experience in TCP/IP Networking, Firewall, VPN, WAN/LAN network security.
• Good communication skills, including verbal and writing skills.
• A good team player and have strong change management skills and experience.
• Good organizational and management skills.
• Positive attitude, Self-motivated, High sense of responsibility.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong sense of business urgency, passionate to achieve Operation Excellence
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
