Title: AVP, Finance Systems Company: Everest Global Services, Inc. Job Category: Finance Job Description: Job Description: Everest Global Services, a member of Everest Group, Ltd., is seeking an AVP, Finance Systems within its Corporate Finance Department in our Warren, NJ headquarters. This position will head up the Oracle EPM team, work closely with the business teams to enhance the organization’s financial reporting capabilities and provide overall support of Oracle Cloud application. Responsibilities include: Manage the Oracle EPM team. Implement and recommend process changes/improvements within the financial close process. Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle EPM related activities. Research and develop future enhancements and system capabilities. Configure application components including reconciliations, reports, security, and process management modules. Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations) Through financial systems, support business needs surrounding the monthly close process, planning and forecasting, quarterly/annual financial statements and audits. Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure financial systems meet the needs of users and comply with financial controls. Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials. Skills Ability to communicate clearly to business, IT, foreign subsidiary teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented and highly organized. Display ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work by established deadlines. Highly enthusiastic, analytical, methodical, and disciplined in nature. Ability to adapt and adjust to unexpected circumstances. Ability to multitask and proactively research remediations to questions or problems as they arise. Work Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field including on of the following: Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems. A minimum of 15 years Financial Systems experience A minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle Financials Oracle Cloud Experience Preferred Experience with some of the following ERP and or EPM modules: FAH, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Procurement, Fixed Assets, FCCS, EPBCS, EDM and PCM In depth understanding of Oracle modules, configurations, and integrations points. Experience with one or more Oracle reporting tools SmartView, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Financial Reporting Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials a plus. Experience & creativity in troubleshooting data conversions, integrations, and/or software application problems.
