Responsibilities:

· Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments in the warehouse.

· Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery according to specifications.

· Warehouse Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to optimize workflow and safety.

· Fleet Van Operation: Safely drive fleet vans to transport goods to customers or other designated locations.

· Loading and Unloading: Handle goods carefully while loading and unloading fleet vans to prevent damage.

· Delivery Scheduling: Coordinate delivery routes efficiently to meet deadlines and maximize delivery efficiency.

· Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring prompt and courteous interaction with customers.

· Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance activities.

· Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating fleet vans and working in the warehouse.

· Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on fleet vans to ensure they are in good working condition.

· Communication: Collaborate with warehouse Team Member’s, Manager/s, and Customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· 2 years Experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery driving preferred.

· Ability to operate and maneuver fleet vans safely in various road and weather conditions.

· Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a warehouse environment.

· Experience in operating a Fork lift is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and delivery.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehouse and driving operations.

· Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

· High school diploma or equivalent.
