Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000/year based on experience, bonus potential

Office Location (Hybrid): North Denver, CO and Greenwood Village (DTC), CO

Position Summary:

The IT Support Technician works across a broad range of technologies and with multiple areas of the business to address incidents, solve problems and answer requests. This position will work alongside the greater team to provide front line support for all of IT through phone and email interactions. Additionally, this position will mentor and train lower-level technicians for continued skill development and ensuring SLAs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • End user support – In person, on the phone or via remote sessions
  • Provide onsite tech support to call center office in North Denver, along with HQ office in DTC as needed
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity
  • Mentor support technicians to ensure SLA are met
  • Identify trends and make recommendations on service improvements
  • Monitor Exchange and Security logs and act accordingly to ensure a secure user environment
  • Create/modify/delete accounts and workstations.
  • Monitor and track all IT assets via Jira inventory system
  • Create and maintain procedure documentation as needed
  • On-call rotation participation
  • As a part of normal business operations, employees in this role may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in a manner compliant with requirements set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience within a tech support and/or lead role
  • Associate's degree in a related field, combination of education and experience, or equivalent work experience
  • Windows and MAC iOS experience
  • Mobile Device Management for Apple products
  • Microsoft 365/Azure user and device management experience
  • Deep understanding with Office applications and installation
  • VOIP experience (Phone/software configuration)
  • Office 365
  • Understanding of basic IT Security concepts
  • Shared on-call requirements
  • Candidate must have a working vehicle for occasional trips between our Westminster and DTC office locations
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Standard collaboration tools: Slack, Teams, Zoom

Desired Experience:

  • Windows 10,11 and Apple iOS experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • User and Device Management experience via Intune
  • Workstation and Application deployment and management via Intune/Autopilot
  • Twilio telephony experience a plus
  • JSM helpdesk experience a plus
  • Previous IT Support experience for Call Center environments a definite plus
