Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented dispatcher to join our team. As dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and ensuring the timely service of bulk liquid customers in our area. Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule the transportation class A and B tankers
- Utilize transportation management systems to track and monitor shipments
- Dispatch drivers to assigned routes and provide necessary instructions
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize delivery routes
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
- Monitor GPS systems to track vehicle locations and provide updates as needed
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Experience:
- Previous experience in dispatching or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to analyze information and make quick decisions
