• About us!*We work closely with our customers to create unique flavor elements to ice cream bases and yogurt preps. Many of our ingredients end up in easily recognizable brands on the store shelf as we produce for both international corporations as well as smaller, local brands.

• Wears and maintains proper personal protection equipment while performing sanitation duties.* Perform sanitation of production equipment and tools following strict standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for sanitation of the production environment* Responsible for sanitation of the exterior environment* Complete sanitation checklists and other records* Perform Master Sanitation Schedule tasks *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : *
• One to three months related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and / or experience.* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Ability to compute ratio and percent.* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
