Eventscape is looking for our next Installation (Construction) Site Foreman. In this critical role, you will supervise our projects on the front lines, seeing them through the final stage—installation. The Installation Site Foreman will supervise construction trades and may be hands-on with installs. As this role requires frequent travel, both domestically and internationally, candidates must be able to travel without restrictions and be accountable for maintaining all necessary travel documentation

About The RoleAs an Installation Site Foreman, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our innovative designs to life. Responsibilities include:

• install interior and exterior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail
• travel globally for installations, sometimes on short notice, to ensure project success
• supervise construction staff, contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure on-time completion while maintaining rigorous safety standards
• resolve challenges through effective communication and collaboration
• conduct site visits and surveys, evaluate fabrication and installation methods, and perform daily inspections to maintain quality standards
• serve as a liaison with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their vision is realized
• assist in-house fabrication teams when not on site and offer valuable insights from an installation perspective
• interpret engineering drawings and specifications, determine project requirements, and ensure compliance with all necessary procedures and regulations
• maintain no-restriction travel status for frequent local and international travel

About YouWe're seeking candidates who possess:

• experience supervising both union and non-union subcontractors in construction
• proficiency in construction tracking software and a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
• familiarity with common construction tools, blueprints, and drawings
• 5 years of site management experience in construction, plus relevant education (e.g. Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related), or equivalent experience
• a valid driver's license
• some finish carpentry and/or metal fabrication experience
• ability to travel without restrictions, both domestically and internationally, with a valid passport and the capacity to obtain work visas if required
