Act as a Brand Ambassador / Product Specialist to host one of EventLink’s Client’s Delivery customers upon taking delivery of their new vehicles. The Delivery Specialist interacts with customers from the registration process through post-delivery follow up, to ensure the ultimate customer service and consumer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a complete and thorough vehicle overview to delivery customers.
• Act as a liaison between the client and vehicle delivery customers throughout their vehicle delivery experience.
• Escort and dine with vehicle delivery customers for lunch in the Café.
• Report any issues to client Vehicle Delivery management relating to customer concerns, vehicle imperfections, etc.
• Create and update customer files for each vehicle delivery
• Confirm hotel registration for delivery customers as required
• Check and reply to emails through the vehicle delivery mailbox
• Work directly with client Delivery department personal and management to provide correspondence to client Dealerships, delivery customers, Service department, etc.
• Direct communication with client Dealerships to ensure customer vehicles are registered, titled, plated, etc. prior to customer delivery date.

Education:

• Highschool diploma or general education degree

Experience:

• Previous product specialist experience required

Skills:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
• Strong communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with others in a one-on-one environment and corresponds via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
• Acute attention to detail

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30am until 4:30pm
