As SALES ASSOCIATE (Part-Time) – IMAX Food Concessions, you will: Provide exceptional guest service in support of café operationsEnsure that guests have the best café experience possibleEngage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experienceDeliver food products in a timely fashion while maintaining health standardsMaintain a clean, orderly and safe working environment Position Preferences / Requirements: Must be able to work irregular schedules on weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays to support the needs of the businessNaturally enjoy interacting with people of all agesAble to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and able to effectively communicate product featuresBe welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staffPrevious retail, cash-handling, merchandising skills, and customer service experience is a plusBe comfortable handling food products while exceeding customer expectationsMust be open to completing the ServSafe Food Handling certification coursePrevious cash and food handling or concessions experience a plus Physical Demands – The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
