Position Summary

The Payroll Specialist is a member of the Corporate People Operations Team and serves as a trusted resource to process employee payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Manages and processes employee payroll, promotions, and profit-sharing bonuses.
• Provides support to U.S. Evapco facilities in support of local payroll needs.
• Routinely answers payroll related questions from employees and managers.
• Promotes a cooperative and harmonious environment that facilitates positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.
• In addition to processing payroll this person will have the opportunity to be involved in other general HR projects and organizational support.

Position Requirements/Personal Attributes

• Prior experience processing payroll strongly preferred.
• Demonstrates genuine care for people, and the company’s culture.

• Strong PC, excel and mathematical skills.
