The Student Systems and Compliance Analyst is a key member of the Technology Services Department, playing a critical role in ensuring District 65 maintains high-functioning student information systems and high-quality student data for system integration, RAAD reporting, and compliance. This individual supports the ongoing use of the district's school information system as directed by the Student Information System and Data Engineer. Responsibilities include overseeing the SIS ticket system; triaging, conducting one-on-one troubleshooting with staff and administrators; providing general staff and family training; conducting annual audits; and managing the annual PowerSchool master scheduling, progress reports, report cards, end-of-year auditing, rollover, and integrations/applications/extensions. The Analyst is also responsible for accessing data across systems to meet compliance reporting requirements, ensuring that reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner, and sharing takeaways with impacted departments. This position reports to the Student Information System and Data Engineer within the Technology Services Department.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience Required:
Minimum of 1 years of experience working with PowerSchool as an administrator in the system.
Experience utilizing Excel or similar programs for data cleaning, analysis and reporting is preferred.
Experience delivering training is preferred.
