```Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Associate. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Applicants must be able to understand basic math & measurements (length, width, height, square footage)

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and purchases in person and on phone
- Quote prices of products and create purchase orders
- Help customers discover which product will work best for their project
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current products
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Light cleaning duties

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in math for accurate pricing and calculations
- Basic computer skills: Quickbooks, Excell, and Word.

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory
- Previous experience in agricultural or welding is helpful
- Ability to move merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
