The Evans County Magistrate Court is accepting applications for (1) full-time Deputy
Clerk position. This is a forty hour per week position with benefits. The hourly pay rate
for this position is $11.88. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent,
be at least 18 years of age, must possess strong bookkeeping skills, possess exceptional
customer service skills, must be dependable and trustworthy, must have excellent
computer background and proficiency and must not have a criminal record or have
pending charges. A legal background or similar experience is preferred. Applicants are
subject to a criminal and traffic background investigation as well as drug testing.
