Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients. You will work closely with individuals, couples, families, and groups to help them overcome mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. Duties: - Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Provide evidence-based therapy to patients using various modalities - Conduct Christian counseling sessions for individuals seeking spiritual guidance - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation - Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes - Provide education and support to patients and their families - Conduct group therapy sessions for patients with similar needs - Stay current on advancements in psychopharmacology and incorporate medication management when appropriate Requirements: - Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution - Valid state license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist - Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred - Proficient in conducting patient assessments and formulating diagnoses - Strong knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and therapeutic techniques - Ability to provide individual, family, and group counseling services - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients - Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Clinical Psychologists.
