Eva's Little Kitchen's stewards are responsible to provide great hospitality and make sure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their visit.

What you will do:

• Wash dishes, large pots, and sheet pans by hand mostly, some by machine
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
• Remove trash, compost, and recycling from the kitchen periodically throughout the day
• Assist with cleaning kitchen and cafe throughout the day to maintain cleanliness, sweeping, mopping, spills
• Restocking bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels
• Keeping bathroom floors, sinks, mirrors, trash, and toilets clean
• Cleaning glass windows, doors and keeping them free of smudge marks
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the walk-in cooler (Floors, walls, shelves)
• Maintain periodic deep cleaning of large equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a dishwasher
• High integrity and work ethic
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of how to handle commercial equipment
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Great sense of urgency and hospitality
