Qualifications

Computer software to be used:Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint.

Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Clerical Skills/ Experience in conducting investigations or managing a pipeline of cases, desired.

Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: Verbal communication, Good written communication, good phone skills, attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Word, Proficient in Excel,

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Log inquiries and complaints to the Division of Banking
• Bulk Mailing
• Generate reports using SharePoint and Excel
• Manage large amounts of data (filter, categorize)
• Audit Consumer complaints to ensure entry into various systems
• Enter complaint data into various systems
• Work closely with investigators in creating and managing complaint files
