The Data Entry assistant to the customer service department will have strong, professional communication and organizational skills. A self-starter capable of working independently and being a positive team player. Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily tasks, manage time effectively to meet required deadlines. Process daily, weekly and monthly reports, manage assigned depots and related company equipment according to specific guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process daily depot reports and update system daily.
• Monthly depot inventory reconciliations and verifying reports.
• Follow up with managers on pending estimates
• Process all estimates and send approvals to depots.
• Manage depot reports for chassis business
• Respond to customer requests for documents
• Work with sales team to assist with customer inquiries related to contracts, service/off-hiring of equipment, provide contracts and tank documents to assigned customers as necessary.
• Manage and update daily activity for assigned depots and process weekly inventory reconciliation.
• Process estimates for equipment related to assigned customers/depots. Verification and approval of depot and supplier invoices
• Execute company’s global policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required and assigned by management.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in data entry software
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. Excel and Word
• Strong typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-starter willing to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.
