Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greets guests while performing proper guest intake procedures.
• Scheduling and confirming reservations and managing guest flow throughout the day.
• Educating guests on the benefits and consistency of waxing.
• Educating our guests on the benefits of having a Wax Pass.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Performs other duties.
